Job Summary: Line Cook position is responsible for the following but not limited to.
- Cook in restaurant 4-5 shifts per week.
- Prep food for the restaurant and occasionally banquets.
- Opening & Closing duties; including but not limited to flipping the line, cleaning fryer’s, cleaning flat top, restocking fridges, sweeping & mopping.
- Ensures SCC Health & Safety policies, WHIMIS training and standards are followed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of kitchens including washing dishes when required.

Experience: Qualifications; minimum 2 years’ kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment. Food Handlers Certificate preferred but not required, Smart Serve preferred but not required.
Work Environment: Works in restaurant/kitchen area can be very hot during the summer months, very steamy, greasy atmosphere, as well as outdoor environments.
Hourly Rate: $18-$20.00/hr. plus Tip share
