Meetings

Stratford Country Club meeting space is open for everyone. We are able to accommodate up to 220 guests. We offer full day and half day room rental rates.

Our meeting spaces are ideal for gatherings, workshops, training seminars, celebrations of life, anniversary’s, birthday parties, holiday parties and reunions.

The largest room of our three spaces can accommodate up to 220 guests for a plated meal along with access to our private patio which guests may enjoy during the warmer seasons.

Executive Lounge

The smallest of our three spaces, is created to host small training sessions and intimate dinner parties.

Curling Lounge

The Curling lounge is only available to accommodate meetings April through October. It can accommodate up to 75 guests for a plated meal, up to 100 guests for a cocktail reception and up to 120 guests for theater style.

Culinary

Chef Ken Odette has created a menu that offers breakfast, lunch, break and dinner options. These menus also includes plated, buffet and cocktail reception options.
